Entries will be divided into flights based on age and gender. The top five finishers from each flight receive awards. Any amateur golfer 9-17 years of age is eligible. Entry fee includes green fee\, range balls\, tee prizes\, entry into the raffle drawing and lunch. \nFormat:\nStroke play. The entry fee is included in the handicap fee. Green fees must be paid for qualifying\, first and the second round matches. Green fees will be complimentary for the semi-final and final round matches.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is our premier match play event! The Club and Class Qualifying offers an 18-hole format\, with the requirement that an 18-hole score is posted within the date range. An 18-hole medal play is used to determine the 16 low qualifiers for each flight who then continue on to match play competition. The champion and runner-up from each flight will compete in the Brooks Cup matches on October 3. Any amateur golfer 18 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap is eligible. There is no entry fee; fee is included with handicap purchase. Green fees must be paid for qualifying\, first and second round matches. Green fees are complimentary for semi-final and final round matches. ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER IN THE GOLF SHOP PRIOR TO PLAY TO RECEIVE THEIR OFFICIAL QUALIFYING SCORECARD. THE OFFICIAL SCORECARD MUST BE RETURNED TO THE GOLF SHOP FOR THE QUALIFYING SCORE TO BE POSTED. Players advancing to the semi-finals will receive Golf Shop merchandise credit. Register with a partner for this year’s Brooks Team Championship. This is a 36-hole format with 18-holes played at each course\, and each of the 9-holes being played differently for an extra twist. Any amateur golfer 18 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap is eligible. Fee includes greens fees\, range balls\, prizes and lunch. Approximately 30% of the field will receive merchandise credit. Trophies will be awarded to the winners. Call 630-848-5060 or call 630-378-4215 to register. \nFormat:\nTwo Person Teams: Each nine holes will be a different format. First Nine (Naperbrook)- Scramble using 25% of combined team handicap. Second Nine (Naperbrook)-Alternate shot using 25% of combined team handicap. Third Nine (Springbrook)-Net Best Ball. Fourth Nine (Springbrook)-Total Net Scores. Men will play from the blue or white (Age 70 or older) tees and women will play from the green red tees. Handicap indexes will be converted from the appropriate tees. \nEligibility:\nAny amateur golfer 18 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap is eligible. If no official USGA handicap is established there will be a requirement to join Springbrook’s or Naperbrook’s handicap club and provide a list of your latest scores so that a handicap can be established. SUMMARY:Turkey Shoot
DESCRIPTION:$40 per person/$200 per team \nImportant Registration Information \nNaperbrook and Springbrook will host two separate “Cross Country Turkey Shoots.” Each event will consist of a field of up to ninety players\, a total of eighteen fivesome teams. \n  \nTo register\, or for questions\, contact the golf shops. \nSpringbrook – (630) 848-5060 \nNaperbrook – (630) 378-4215 \n  \nThe date choices are:\n Naperbrook – Saturday\, November 17\nSpringbrook – Sunday\, November 18\n\nAll events are scheduled for a 10:00 a.m. shotgun. \nAll groups must be fivesomes and full payment for the entire group is due at registration. Entry fee is $40 per player\, $200 per fivesome. Entry fee includes 9-hole cross country scramble\, lunch and a prize turkey.  Golf Carts will be available\, weather permitting.  To have any questions answered\, please call the golf shop at Naperbrook\, 630-378-4215. \nRegistration \nRegistration will begin at 8am on Saturday\, November 10th.  Registration will occur at Naperbrook GC only and will require a member of your team to do so in person.  Arrive early to secure your spot! \nAbout this Tournament and Prizes: \nEveryone is eligible to play in this festive\, holiday golf event that tends to wrap-up the golf season. This fun\, 9-hole scramble format has 5-person teams playing each course in a “cross country” set up. All participants receive a turkey\, and the group with the lowest score for the day will get the biggest birds. Players can elect to donate the monetary value of their turkeys to the Naperville Parks Foundation. If you are planning to donate your turkey\, please inform staff at registration so we do not purchase a turkey for you. The price of your turkey will be included in our cash donation to the Naperville Parks Foundation.     \nFormat\n9 holes\, fivesomes only\, lots of fun! The existing golf course will be converted into a 9 hole course. The hole routings will be modified to create a unique and challenging 9 hole layout. \nEligibility:\nOpen to anyone willing to test their skills and brave the cold. \nPace of Play:\n3 hours \nPlayer of the Year Points:\nNo points will be awarded for this event. \n

SUMMARY:Fall Scramble
DESCRIPTION:This is one of the last opportunities to enjoy tournament play for the season\, so be sure to join in the Fall Scramble. This 18-hole format has the best shot from each four-person team selected as the recorded shot. Any amateur golfer 18 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap is eligible. Entry fee includes greens fees\, range balls and lunch. Trophies will be awarded to the winners. Call Springbrook at 630-848-5060 to register.  \nFormat:\nFour Person Scramble with these qualifications: 1. At least two members of the team must be members of the handicap system at either Springbrook or Naperbrook. 2. Only one member of each team may have a handicap of nine or lower; the total handicap for the team must be 45 or more. Handicaps will be calculated from the blue tees at Springbrook Golf Course. Male players with 9 or less handicap will play from the gold tees: handicaps 10 through 18 will play from the blue tees; handicaps 19 and above will play from the white tees.  All women will play from the green tees. \nEligibility:\nAny amateur golfer 18 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap. If no official USGA handicap is established there will be a requirement to join Springbrook’s or Naperbrook’s handicap club and provide a list of your latest scores so that one can be established. The rules committee reserves the right to adjust handicaps. Effective Handicap Date: October 1\, 2018. \nRegistration Information:\nRegister for this tournament online (green button above)\, by mail\, fax\, or in person at Springbrook Golf Course or Naperbrook Golf Course by Sunday\, October 7\, 2018. $260.00 per team ($65.00 per person). Entry Fee must be paid in full at time of entry. Fee includes: greens fees and range balls. Teams canceling up to 5 days in advance of scheduled tournament date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 4 days or less in advance of the tournament will be charged a 10% administrative fee.  Trophies will be awarded to the winners. \nStarting Time:\nStarting times will be available on Wednesday\, October 10\, 2018. Starting times will begin at 8:00am off of the first tee. Tee time requests will be considered on a first-entered basis. \nKeep Pace Policy:\nOur courses administer a Keep Pace Policy designed to allow golfers to complete 18 holes in 4:28 or less or 9 holes in 2:10 with 8 minutes at the turn. Any group that is more than 9 minutes behind the Keep Pace Policy timeframe for play will be contacted by a Player’s Assistant who will help the group regain its position. Otherwise\, the group will be asked to discontinue play and a prorated refund will be given. \nPlayer of the Year Points:\nBy continuing to participate in tournaments offered by the Naperville Park District you can improve your chances at becoming the Player of the Year. Player of the Year points are earned by tournament performance\, tournament enrollment\, and handicap system enrollment. Both Regular and Senior Player of the Year awards will be distributed.
