SUMMARY:Glow Ball Scramble - Springbrook
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy the course in a whole new light – after dark! This is a 9-hole\, four-person scramble designed for golfers ages 18 and up. Golfers 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Men will play from the white tees and women from the red tees. CARTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED; ALL PLAYERS MUST WALK. Entries will be limited to the first 18 teams. Fee includes greens fee\, equipment rental and food and beverage. Call 630-848-5060 to register.  \nFormat:\n9-Hole\, four-person scramble. Men will play from the white tees and women from the red tees. CARTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED\, ALL PLAYERS MUST WALK. \nEligibility:\nAny golfer 18 years of age or older. Golfers 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. \nRegistration Information:\nEntries will be limited to the first 18 teams (72 players). Register for this tournament online (green button above)\, by mail\, fax\, or in person at Springbrook Golf Course or Naperbrook Golf Course by Sunday\, September 3. $160 per team\, ($40 per player) Fee includes green fee\, equipment rental\, and food and beverage. Teams cancelling up to 5 days in advance of scheduled tournament date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 4 or less days in advance will be charged a 10% administration fee. \nStarting Time:\nCheck in will begin at 7:00 p.m. Dinner will be served between 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. All players MUST attend a player’s meeting at 8:00 p.m. A SHOTGUN start will begin play at 8:30 p.m. \nKeep Pace Policy:\nOur courses administer a Keep Pace Policy designed to allow golfers to complete 18 holes in 4:28 or less or 9 holes in 2:10 with 8 minutes at the turn. Any group that is more than 9 minutes behind the Keep Pace Policy timeframe for play will be contacted by a Player’s Assistant who will help the group regain its position. Otherwise\, the group will be asked to discontinue play and a prorated refund will be given. \nPlayer of the Year Points:\nNo points will be awarded for this event.

SUMMARY:Senior Fall Scramble
DESCRIPTION:Take part in this year’s Senior Fall Scramble – an enjoyable 18-hole format that has the best shot from each four-person team selected as the recorded shot. Any amateur golfer 55 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap is eligible to play. The entry fee is $55 per person\, which includes greens fee\, cart fee\, range balls\, prizes and lunch. Trophies will be awarded to the winners. Call 630-378-4215 to register.  \nFormat:\nFour Person Scramble: All men’s handicaps are calculated from the white tees; all women’s handicaps are calculated from the green tees at Naperbrook Golf Course. Only two membersof the team may have a handicap of 10 or lower and the team total handicap must be 55 or greater.  The team handicap total will determine the amount of strokes that the team will be receiving. \nEligibility:\nAny amateur golfer 55 years of age or older with an official USGA handicap is eligible. If no official USGA handicap is established there will be a requirement to join Springbrook’s or Naperbrook’s handicap club and provide a list of your latest scores so that a handicap can be established. The rules committee reserves the right to adjust handicaps. Effective Handicap Date: August 15\, 2018 \nRegistration Information:\nRegister for this tournament online (green button above)\, by mail\, fax\, or in person at Springbrook Golf Course or Naperbrook Golf Course by Thursday\, August 30\, 2018. Cost is $220.00 per team ($55.00 per person); entry fee must be paid in full at time of registration. Fee includes: greens fees\, cart fee\, range balls\, prizes and lunch.
